Dragon Challenge LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to being transparent about how we collect, use, and protect your information.
By using Dragon Challenge ("the Service"), you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information to operate, improve, and grow the Service.
Information you provide:
- Name or username
- Email address
- Account login details
- Content you submit (check-ins, progress, messages, etc.)
Information collected automatically:
- Device information (browser, device type, OS)
- IP address
- Usage data (pages visited, time spent, actions taken)
- Cookies and tracking technologies
2. How We Use Your Information
We may use your information to:
- Provide and operate the Service
- Improve user experience and features
- Track progress, activity, and engagement
- Communicate with you (emails, updates, reminders)
- Analyze usage and optimize performance
- Develop new features, systems, or products
- Ensure security and prevent abuse
In short: We use data to build, improve, and grow Dragon Challenge.

We do not sell your personal data in a shady or exploitative way.

You choose what you share. We are not responsible for how other users interact with your content.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Understand how users interact with the Service
- Improve performance and experience

You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work properly.
6. Data Retention & Account Deletion
We retain your data:
- As long as your account is active
- As needed to provide the Service
- As required for legal or business purposes
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us. When you request deletion:
- Your account is immediately deactivated and hidden from other users, and any active paid subscription is cancelled.
- We keep your account in a recoverable state for a 30-day grace period. During this window you can restore your account by logging back in. This protects you against accidental or unauthorized deletion.
- After the 30-day grace period, your hero and associated personal data are permanently deleted and can no longer be recovered.
Some limited records are retained after deletion where we are legally required or permitted to do so — in particular, transaction and billing records needed to comply with tax, accounting, and audit obligations, and records needed to prevent fraud or resolve disputes. These records are kept only as long as required and are disassociated from your profile where practical.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information.
However: No system is 100% secure. By using the Service, you accept this risk.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access your data
- Request correction
- Request deletion (see Section 6 for how deletion works and what is retained)
- Opt out of certain uses
You can delete your account yourself from your account settings, or contact us to make any of these requests.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service may use third-party tools or link to external sites.
We are not responsible for:
- Their privacy practices
- Their content or policies
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for users under the minimum legal age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated policy.
