1. Eligibility

• The Dragon Challenge is open to individuals of all ages.
• By joining, you confirm that your participation is voluntary and you are in good health to engage in the activities.

2. Registration and Fees

• The registration fee is subject to change and will be displayed during the sign-up process.
• A 30-day 100% money-back guarantee is available if you are unsatisfied with the challenge and have collected at least 11 out of 21 Consistiums during the challenge.
• Refunds must be requested within 30 days of completing the challenge by contacting create@charleypendragon.com.

• The Dragon Challenge does not guarantee specific results. Success depends on individual effort and consistency.
• The organizers are not responsible for any injuries, setbacks, or outcomes resulting from your participation in the challenge.

6. Privacy

• Your personal information will be used only to facilitate your participation in the challenge.
• Data shared within the accountability group remains confidential and should not be disclosed without permission.

7. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate participation for any violation of these terms, including dishonesty, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate conduct.
• If you choose to withdraw from the challenge, the refund policy applies as outlined above.

8. Amendments

• These terms may be updated periodically. Participants will be notified of any significant changes before they take effect.

9. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
