Dragon Challenge – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dragon Challenge platform, including dragonchallenge.app and any related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction:

• U.S. and most countries: 13+
• EU/UK/EEA/Switzerland: 16+ (or younger with required consent)
• Other regions: as required by local law

By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts

You may create an account using email/password or third-party login (Google, Apple, Discord).

You agree to:

• Be responsible for all activity under your account

You must notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Interfere with the Service
• Upload malicious code

• Use bots or automation without permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

We do not guarantee any specific results, including:

• Breaking habits
• Achieving goals
• Personal or professional outcomes

You acknowledge that: You are solely responsible for your actions, decisions, and results.

It is not a substitute for professional care. If you need medical or mental health support, seek a qualified professional.

6. Community and User Interaction

The Service may include community features (e.g., Discord, groups, messaging).

You acknowledge:

• Other users are not affiliated with Dragon Challenge
• We do not control or endorse user behavior or content
• We are not responsible for interactions between users

Use community features at your own risk.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content").

By submitting content, you grant us a:

• Non-exclusive
• Worldwide
• Royalty-free
• Revocable license

You confirm you have the rights to share your content.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and functionality belong to Dragon Challenge LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or use our intellectual property without permission.

9. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

If you purchase any paid feature:

• Payments may be recurring unless canceled
• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• All purchases are for digital services and are non-refundable, except where required by law

If you believe a billing error occurred, contact us within 30 days.

10. Changes to the Service

We may:

• Add or remove functionality
• Suspend or discontinue parts of the Service

11. Termination

Our total liability will not exceed: The greater of (A) the amount you paid in the last 12 months, or (B) $50 USD

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Dragon Challenge LLC against claims arising from:

U.S. Users

Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association in Virginia.

You waive:

Non-U.S. Users

Disputes will be resolved in Virginia courts unless local law requires otherwise.

18. Force Majeure

We are not liable for events beyond our control, including:

• Internet outages
• Government actions

We may assign these Terms at any time. You may not assign your rights without permission.

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains valid.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy represent the full agreement between you and Dragon Challenge.

By creating an account, you agree to receive emails including:

• Announcements

You may opt out of email communications at any time by adjusting your preferences in Settings or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional emails related to your account (e.g., password resets, security alerts).
